Artist statement:

My name is Roosa, I am a visual artist working though photography and 3D. Currently I am excited about nature, memory, reassembling and degrowth from the point of view of trauma.

During the time when I was creating the zine I was inspired by the beauty of cinema. A scene from Spirited Away (it's that scary movie you probably saw when you where small and always felt a bit odd about it, at least I did)

In this scene Chiro tears in gigantic pearly tears as she surrenders to grief and stops to disasociate herself from the hostile worlds she is being left alone into.
